Thursday 23rd May : Summer Term Compass Webinar Series: Admin Essentials: Part A
In this session we will demonstrate the Administrative processes of managing Attendance in Compass including daily attendance marking and reports, School Activities for correct DfE codes and setting up Event templates for School Trips.
June 2024
Thursday 6th June : Summer Term Compass Webinar Series: Admin Essentials: Part B
In this webinar, we will delve deeper into the areas of Compass commonly accessed frequently as a member of the Administrative Team, such as People Management for user records, General Import for importing files and Daily Organisation, to arrange cover (if applicable)
Thursday 13th June : Summer Term Compass Webinar Series: Reporting in Compass
During this session we will demonstrate how to create key reports in:
- Student Profile Pages for individual attendance
- the Attendance Module for detailed Attendance data, emergency reports and unexplained absences
- People Management to export medical details, create customised CSV reports and Census
We will also demonstrate the capabilities of our data and analytics module, Pulse, for viewing and analysing your school data and information
Tuesday 25th June : Rollover to the new Academic Year
We will take you through how to manage the rollover and internal transition process including allocating future form groups, retaining information and configuring your schedules.
