Susie is available 24/7 and conveniently located on every page within Compass. Susie provides instant support and helps you navigate through Compass seamlessly.

The knowledge base previously accessed through the Help Centre is now housed within the cog icon in your Compass Portal, at the top right of your screen, or, just ask Susie and she can direct you to the articles you need!
